Quick answer
Pick the Kischt line for your height, then the size for your weight. Regular length (Skin Tone S and M, Plus Size 1X to 3X) fits 4'11" to 5'7"; Tall (S to L) fits 5'7" to 6'1". Sizes run from about 90 lb in S to about 330 lb in 3X.

Tall
For 5'7" to 6'1" (170 to 185 cm). Every Tall size has an inseam of about 33 to 36 inches (84 to 91 cm). Shop tall fleece lined tights.

How to measure

Weight
Use a recent reading from a home scale. Every chart is built on weight, so it matters most.

Height
Stand barefoot with your back to a wall. Mark the top of your head and measure down to the floor.

Inseam, for Tall
Inseam is a second check for length. Stand barefoot and measure from your crotch down the inside of your leg to the floor.
Between sizes?
In Tall and Plus Size, choose the larger size. Longer legs need a little more room through the hip, and the larger size is more comfortable over long days.
In Plus Size, the smaller size gives a firmer, smoother fit if you prefer that.
In Skin Tone, use the US dress size column as a second check. If the size still turns out wrong, we swap it free within 60 days.

Common questions
Do I size by weight or by dress size?
By weight first. The US dress size is a second check. If the two point to different sizes, go by weight.
What if I'm tall and plus size?
Tall goes up to L, about 220 lb and US 18. Plus Size 1X to 3X is cut in Regular length for 4'11" to 5'7". There is no Plus Tall length right now.
Does your 3X run small?
No. Our 3X fits about one size larger than a typical US 3X, up to about 330 lb and US 32.
Can I mix sizes in a pack?
No. Every pair in a 3-pack or 6-pack comes in the size you choose.
What if my size is wrong?
Email hello@kischt.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement in another size or refund the pair.
