Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed, prepared, or shipped.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Order Details
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including your shipping address, selected product, size, color, and personalization details.
Kischt is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.
