Product details
Kischt is washable, reusable period underwear designed for heavier-flow days. The absorbent core adds thickness where protection is needed, while the soft, flexible brief is designed to feel comfortable and discreet under clothes.
If pads leave you feeling damp or sweaty, the breathable bamboo-viscose lining offers another option. It is designed to draw moisture away from your skin for a more comfortable feel as the inner layer absorbs fluid.

The moisture-wicking bamboo-viscose top layer is soft and breathable, designed to move moisture towards the absorbent core.

Absorbency built in
The absorbent middle layer collects and holds menstrual fluid. How soon it fills depends on your flow.

A barrier beneath
A thin, breathable moisture barrier helps limit fluid passing through the protected area to your clothing.
The protective gusset runs through the crotch and extends upwards at the back, adding coverage when you sit or lie down. Protection is built into this panel; it does not cover the whole brief.
A Single contains one pair. A 3-Pack contains three pairs, and a 5-Pack contains five pairs in the colours shown for your chosen bundle. Every pair in a bundle comes in your selected size.
Wearing & changing
Your routine, your choice. Start alongside your usual pad, tampon, cup or disc if that feels right. Wear Kischt on its own when its absorbency suits your flow. Different days can call for different options.
Change with your flow. Check regularly while you learn how it feels and performs for you. Change into a fresh pair when it feels damp, full or uncomfortable. Keep a spare pair handy, especially on heavier days.
Breathable fabric and a moisture-wicking lining do not guarantee a dry feel for a fixed time. For overnight use, follow the same flow-based changing routine; wear time varies. If you use another menstrual product alongside Kischt, follow that product’s own changing instructions too.
A leak does not mean you have done anything wrong. Your flow and fit can change, and extra protection can be a practical starting point while you find what works for you.
Fabric
The outer brief is made with nylon and elastane for a soft, lightweight feel and flexible stretch. The fabric has a fine, mesh-like texture, coordinated stitching and a matte finish.
The skin-facing top layer of the protective gusset is bamboo viscose, chosen for its soft, breathable feel. An absorbent middle layer and a moisture barrier sit beneath it.

- Wash after each wear.
- Follow the garment label for washing temperature, detergent and drying instructions.
- Allow the underwear to dry completely before wearing it again.
- Changing away from home? Keep a fresh pair ready and carry the worn pair home in a separate washable bag, then wash according to the garment label.
- Keep several pairs in rotation while others are being washed and dried.

How often should I change them?
There is no single wear time that suits every flow. Check how your pair is performing, follow its absorbency guidance and change when it feels damp or reaches its capacity. Start on a familiar day when checking and changing are easy.
What does built-in protection mean?
An absorbent panel is integrated into the underwear. The high-rise shape and fuller rear fit are shown in the coverage images above. Coverage, fit and absorbency all matter when deciding whether a pair suits your plans.
How do I choose the right fit?
Use the measurements in the product’s size guide. Look for a waistband and leg openings that sit comfortably against your body, without digging in or leaving gaps. The front, back and detail photos help you see the shape before choosing.

How do I wash and care for them?
Follow the care label supplied with your pair for rinsing, washing and drying. Let the underwear dry fully before wearing it again, and keep a clean pair ready while another is in the wash.
How many pairs will I need?
Think about how often you change, how often you wash and how long the pairs take to dry. A useful rotation gives you a clean pair to wear while the others are being washed or dried; your own routine determines the number.
Can I wear them overnight?
Overnight suitability depends on your flow, fit and the pair’s rated absorbency. Check the product’s guidance for that use, and keep your usual backup if you need it. Fuller rear coverage alone is not a promise of all-night protection.
