Returns

Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect order details entered at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Kischt is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.
