Kischt works with trusted delivery partners to help get your order to you safely. Orders may be shipped through major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, GLS, or another available courier based on your location.

Damaged, Defective, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Kischt is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your front door, mailbox, building reception, parcel locker, or with neighbors before contacting us.
